Rinse quinoa under cold water.

In a pot, combine quinoa with water and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until water is absorbed.

In a separate pan, sauté diced apples with a pinch of cinnamon until soft.

Once quinoa is cooked, mix in the apple, a splash of almond milk, and a drizzle of honey.

Serve in bowls, sprinkled with chia seeds on top.
