Spicy Spinach and Ground Beef Burger

Preheat the grill to medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, almond flour, chopped spinach, egg, minced garlic, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
Form the mixture into burger patties, approximately 1 cm thick.
Brush the patties lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking on the grill.
Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired doneness.
While the patties are cooking, grill the tomato slices for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they have grill marks.
Toast the whole wheat bread slices on the grill for 1 minute until golden brown.
Assemble the burgers by placing a cooked patty on a slice of toasted bread, top with grilled tomato, fresh spinach leaves, and another slice of bread.
Serve the burgers hot with your favorite sides or a fresh salad.
