Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Cook quinoa in water until fluffy, then let it cool.

Mash canned chickpeas in a large bowl.

Add cooked quinoa, chopped spinach, finely diced red onion, and grated carrot to the mashed chickpeas.

Mix in almond flour, salt, black pepper, cumin powder, and chili powder.

Add egg and mix until the ingredients are well combined.

Shape the mixture into burger patties.

Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the patties are firm and golden brown on both sides.

Serve the patties on whole wheat bread with slices of tomato, lettuce, and avocado.
