Healthy Beef & Spinach Burger

Preheat a grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, mix ground beef, almond flour, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each into a patty.
Brush the patties lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
While the patties are cooking, toast the whole wheat bread slices on the grill until golden.
In a small bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt to make a quick garlic sauce.
Once the patties are done, remove them from the grill and let them rest for a minute.
Assemble the burger by placing a patty on a slice of toasted bread, top with fresh spinach leaves, a slice of tomato, and a dollop of garlic sauce.
Top with another slice of toasted bread, slice in half, and serve.
